We are located within walking distance of Totsuka Station in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture.

We provide general internal medicine and pediatrics, as well as specialty services in cardiology and endocrinology/metabolism.
Consultations in English are available. Walk-ins are accepted, but we strongly recommend making an appointment online in advance. Thursday evening and Saturday morning consultations are also available.

Living in Japan as an international student or working professional can be challenging when it comes to healthcare. At Totsuka Clinic, we provide medical care in English so you can feel comfortable and confident discussing your health concerns.

• International students: General health issues, school check-ups, vaccinations, and chronic disease management (asthma, diabetes, thyroid disorders).
• Business professionals: Evening and weekend consultations (Thursday evening, Saturday morning), preventive check-ups, and management of lifestyle-related diseases such as hypertension and high cholesterol.
• STD consultations: Confidential testing and treatment available. Prior consultation is necessary, and some services may require self-pay.

Our Practitioner

Dr. Kenichi Muramatsu is a medical doctor licensed in Japan and also holds a state medical license in Oregon, USA.
He is a Fellow of the Japanese Society of Internal Medicine.

Dr. Muramatsu graduated from Yokohama City University School of Medicine in 1998 and trained in internal medicine at Mount Sinai Beth Israel (formerly Beth Israel Medical Center, affiliated with the Albert Einstein College of Medicine) in New York City.
After completing his training in the U.S., he returned to Japan and pursued further training in endocrinology/metabolism and cardiology.
He is certified by the Japanese Circulation Society as a cardiologist.
